That's the Lexis login page. Just below the login boxes is a blue link "Forgot your ID or password?" Click that to retrieve either your ID or your Password. If your account exists, then you will receive a verification code to your email which you will need to enter here to confirm that you are you.
Westlaw
If you know that you don't have a Westlawaccount, please email Amber Cain @ Amber.Cain@shu.edu.
If you may have logged in before, but don't remember your username or password, you can get yourself setup at this link: Westlaw Login Page.
On that page, you can click the small blue links for "Forgot username?" or "Forgot password?". Using either button, you'll be required to enter the email that you think you use in association with your Westlaw account. If the email is in the system, you will receive a reset there. Remember that your first.last@shu.edu and shortname@shu.edu are distinct emails in non-SHU systems. If you enter one, but don't receive a reset email try the other!
