Welcome to the Seton Hall University Law School Rodino Law Center’s guide for anti-racist pedagogy resources for law schools. In response to recent events of radical racial injustice in the United States and beyond, our law school community has prompted the need to integrate further anti-racist conversations inside the classrooms from start to finish. This project includes resources for all faculty and staff on anti-racist teaching in the classroom as well as research into individualized content strategy review including syllabus expansion and handling sensitive issues regarding racial injustice, among other topics. While understanding that we all still have much work to do, we hope this guide will serve as a starting point for faculty to engage with this material. This guide was prepared by Kiah B Murphy ('22) and Robert J Sheran ('21), with assistance and further updates from the Rodino Center.
