Step 6 - InterLibrary Loan Services

Sometimes you might need materials that the Rodino library does not own.  You can use Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to request that we borrow the item from another library!   You will receive an e-mail when the item is received: books will be available for pick-up at the Reference Desk, and articles will be emailed to you.  Turnaround time from submitting the request to receiving the item can range from one day to two weeks.

1. When you encounter an item we do not own when searching the Catalog,  you can click on the "Request item Through Interlibrary Loan" button directly from the record! The information we need when requesting the item will be automatically populated in the request.
